MEET SYLVETTE
Meet Sylvette Jones, a partner and senior educational consultant at T.E.C Wales. She founded T.E.C Wales in 2014, establishing it as an Agored Cymru host centre. With 15 years of experience in mainstream education, including a secondment with the Welsh Government, Sylvette has a strong background in collaborating with community groups and organizations to develop accessible learning programs for individuals with complex needs.
Sylvette's commitment to inclusivity drives her to continuously adapt T.E.C Wales' learning, therapeutic, and wellbeing programs to meet diverse needs. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to progress on personal, educational, and vocational levels, guiding the T.E.C Wales team with a clear mission and vision. Her leadership fosters a supportive, neurodiverse environment that values creativity, empathy, and resilience. Under Sylvette's guidance, T.E.C Wales offers tailored services, ensuring that any barriers to learning are overcome. She also facilitates partnerships that connect organizations to accredited qualifications, enhancing the reach and impact of T.E.C Wales' services.

MEET CASEY
Meet Casey Williams, an Education Consultant at T.E.C Wales. Casey specializes in creating and developing tailored education packages for individuals and groups, with a focus on home education tutoring that ensures personalized learning experiences. As an Agored Cymru assessor, she collaborates with partners to train and support staff, accrediting their programs.
Casey is deeply committed to supporting learners of all ages, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to her work. She is continuously expanding her knowledge, having recently completed a Trauma-Informed Diploma and currently pursuing a Master's in Education and Psychology.

MEET CAROL
Meet Carol Hughes, an educational consultant and Lead IV at T.E.C WALES. Having worked for 24 years in mainstream education, Carol has experience in planning and delivering teaching and learning courses for both adults and young people, as well as managing varied learning programmes. She actively participates in quality assessment and internal verification processes to ensure cohesive collaboration as well as overseeing assessment and action planning.
Carol is committed to ongoing professional development to enhance her skills. Additionally, she maintains meticulous records and produces reports related to all these activities, working flexibly and efficiently to uphold the highest professional standards while promoting and implementing Wales’ policies.

Since 2014, the business has evolved considerably and we work in partnership with several talented and skilled individuals, passionate about sharing their experience, knowledge and skill to support and enhance the development of others. In addition, we work closely with a range of diverse organisations and funded projects to offer bespoke learning programmes in schools, centres and at various locations in Gwynedd and Anglesey.
